Membership Form (Application or Renewal)
To become a PEI Environmental Network member, or to renew your membership, please fill in and print the form below, and mail it or drop it off at our office along with the membership fee payment.
The annual membership fee is $25. A portion of the fee ($10) is sent to the Canadian Environmental Network. The remaining $15 assists with the PEIEN projects and activities.
